  • ATTENTION MODELS: If you are not familiar with these terms, please have your photographer submit the photos for you.

  • 3-5 Images

  • Nonpublished

  • No Watermark or Branding

  • Professionally Retouched

  • JPG Format

  • sRGB Color Mode

  • Dimensions:

    • Portrait 8.5” x 11” (2550 x 3300 px)

    • 300dpi

    • At least 1MB in size

NOTES

  • You must have permission to publish from all creatives involved.

  • Must submit first and last name along with Instagram username for both model and photographer and shoot title.

  • You will receive an email within 72 hours if your submission is accepted.

  • Preview images will be sent to all published participants for confirmation. You have 48 hours to confirm or make changes.

  • Extra fees will be applied if credits are incorrect and need to be changed after publication.

  • Send all images and credits as a google drive folder to five19model@gmail.com

TERMS + CONDITIONS

  1. I have permission from my creative team (Photographer, Model, Make-Up Artist and etc) to publish images submitted to Five19 Magazine.

  2. I own this photograph and all rights including copyright necessary to submit this photograph to Five19 Magazine.

  3. I have granted Five19 Magazine permission to use my submission in the following ways:

    • Print and Online

    • Social Media and Website

  4. I consent to indemnify Five19 Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit or other proceedings against Five19 Magazine arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.

  5. I understand and give permission for minor retouching on the selected photos in order to make it print ready.

  6. I understand that once I submit my entry, I will not be able to withdraw.

ADVERTISEMENTS

Advertisement space will be available for sale at $450/Half Page Ad or $600/Full Page Ad. Must contact via email five19model@gmail.com. Please provide description of ad, logo (png format), and brand colors (hex codes).
